PG Owner Listing Agreement

Introduction and purpose

This Agreement is between CRIBLY and the individual or entity that creates, manages, or submits accommodation listings on CRIBLY. By registering, submitting a listing, purchasing a paid service, or continuing to use CRIBLY, the owner agrees to be bound by this Agreement.

Eligibility

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You have legal authority to advertise the property.
• The property complies with applicable laws and regulations.
• All information submitted is true, accurate, and complete.

Listing information and accuracy

Owners are responsible for accurate property name, address, contact details, rent, security deposit, room availability, amenities, house rules, photos, videos, location, and occupancy details. Owners must keep listings updated and must not publish false or misleading information.

Photographs and media

Owners confirm that uploaded photographs/videos are owned by them or used with permission. By uploading media, owners grant CRIBLY a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, resize, display, and promote the content for platform operation, marketing, and improvement.

Subscription plans and payments

CRIBLY may offer featured listings, subscriptions, promotions, premium placement, advertising packages, lead generation services, and other paid services. Price, duration, and features will be communicated before purchase.

Verification, suspension, and removal

CRIBLY may request identity proof, property authorization, business registration, address proof, or other information. CRIBLY may suspend or remove listings or accounts for fraud, repeated complaints, misrepresentation, policy violations, illegal activities, or platform abuse.
